Ylan’s Upshots & Whatnots

I’ve been without a seatmate for the past three weeks now. The lady occupying the desk on my left is on sick leave (though there’s a gentleman occasionally occupying the desk when he uses the test set-up). The one on my right, is less talkative most of the time, the wall. The ladies on my back row are off to far away lands. Hope to see them back next month. I have to stretch my ears far enough to hear the latest buzz and showbiz news around. That’s pretty stressful, huh.

On another note, my mother has been pressing me to follow-up the birth/live birth certificate of my father. Yes, believe it or not, at this ripe age of my father - he doesn’t have one! Should i blame it to the folks in the islands? Well, that’s one in my to-do-lists. I’m reminded of this matter today because i overheard my neighbor talking about getting social security disability money. My mother will use the birth certificate so that she can be declared dependent of my father’s SSS benefits. I don’t, must be part of the required documents.

On another second note, i still can’t believe it’s almost Christmas! LOL! I want to go visit Hongkong and Macau again. I pray for multitude of money so i can do it in a swift! (Of course- multitude of world peace and health, too!)
